Abstract: Discipline construction is the core and leader of university development, and talent training is the foothold of discipline construction in universities. In order to connect with the development of the biomedical industry and cultivate innovative talents that match the needs of the industry, a talent training system centered on improving the ability of innovation and practice has been constructed in the construction of the biomedical disciplines. Reforms and innovations have been made in the tutor team building, practice base construction and talent training models, which have significantly improved graduate students' innovative and practical capabilities. Facing the future, it is necessary to strengthen school-enterprise linkage, promote the collaboration of dual mentors, and further deepen the reform of the talent training system based on demand.
