Abstract: This study presented an innovative virtual simulation teaching system—cell nuclear reprogramming software V2.0 and its intelligent agent—developed by integrating Ti-Chou Tung’s nuclear-cytoplasmic interaction theory with multidisciplinary approaches and modern educational technology. The software system comprised 10 sub-experiments. Through 3D modeling, dynamic simulation, and intelligent evaluation technologies, it fully reproduced the entire process of preparing and handling experimental mice, using lymphocytes as nuclear donors, collecting MⅡ stage oocytes for nuclear transfer, and finally transplanting the reconstructed embryos into the oviducts. Currently deployed online (Access: http://www.vs.sdu.edu.cn/virexp/xbhyz), post-implementation surveys via Wenjuanxing confirmed that the course meet the “two properties and one degree” standard, it enhanced learner engagement through flexible pedagogy, and significantly improved students’ interest, competencies, and innovative thinking. An intelligent agent embedded with continuous AI-powered upgrads. This project established a model for preserving foundational scientific theories while cultivating interdisciplinary talent in cutting-edge biomedicine.

Key words: clear cytoplasm interaction theory, cell nuclear transplantation, reprogramming, virtual simulation, independent innovation
