The current situation of biological professional master degree of education training mode is grim. Attaching great importance to the academic and contempting practice, less characteristic teaching mode and method，obsolete teaching content, lack of pertinence to evaluation indexes and ways, incomplete management institutions etc, education reform should be made. Its development trend is to combine the theory with practice of teaching, to encourage diversity, to care students and to improve quality.
