The analysis of the teaching practice of the cultivation of Morchella spp.about university-industry cooperation

Abstract: Morchella spp. is a kind of rare edible fungi. and has become favored choices of consumers. This paper showed we reformed teaching of Morchella spp. cultivation with mushroom company. Accoring to this reform, we hope to train the students with much professional expertise and practical experience. We also wish we can train many people with mushroom cultivation experience for local place, to overcome poverty and achieve prosperity in rural area.
