摘要: 羊肚菌是近年来开发出来的一种名贵食用菌,备受消费者的青睐。结合食用菌生产企业对羊肚菌栽培课程进行教学改革,希望培养出既具有理论知识,又能掌握实践操作能力的大学生,同时希望通过课程教学探索,为地方培养出一批高科技的菌业生产者,推动地方脱贫致富。

Abstract: Morchella spp. is a kind of rare edible fungi. and has become favored choices of consumers. This paper showed we reformed teaching of Morchella spp. cultivation with mushroom company. Accoring to this reform, we hope to train the students with much professional expertise and practical experience. We also wish we can train many people with mushroom cultivation experience for local place, to overcome poverty and achieve prosperity in rural area.
