摘要:

基因工程是生物技术和生物工程专业的主干课程,构建适合应用型人才培养需求的教学内容体系,是目前急需解决的问题。为此,构建了基于应用型人才培养的“基因工程亚单位疫苗研发技术路线”为主线的基因工程教学内容体系,开展课程教学内容优化,强化实践能力培养,改进教学方法与考核方式等为主要内容的课程建设和教学改革,注重培养学生的自学能力和解决问题的能力,提高课程建设的整体水平,满足高素质应用型人才培养需求。

Abstract:

Gene engineering is the main course of biological technology and biological engineering specialities. It is urgent need of solving a problem to construct teaching system for the course of gene engineering which it appropriates for the cultivation of applied talents. We construct the main thread of gene engineering teaching system in view of technological route of research and development of gene engineering subunit vaccine. We develop the course construction and educational reform on optimizing course teaching content, strengthening the cultivation of practical ability, improving teaching methods and examination way. We pay attention to cultivating the ability of student′s self-learning and solving problems. Its aim is to increase the whole level of the course construction and meeting the cultivational demands of high quality applied talents.
