Practice of problem-based learning module experiment in  teaching molecular biological experiment

摘要: 结合东北林业大学分子生物学实验教改中模块式试验的探索和实践,阐述了分子生物学实验的教学现状、Problem-based learning(PBL)模块式试验的教学理念、实际应用以及遇到的问题和对策,探讨了开展模块式试验教学的必要性和可行性。在实验教学中,为提高大学本科生的自主设计试验能力、创新能力、实践能力及科研能力,提供了可借鉴的实验课程教改经验。

Abstract: According to the exploration and practice of module experiment in teaching molecular biological experiment in our university, the authors elucidated the current situation of molecular biological experiment teaching, the teaching philosophy and practical application of problem-based learning(PBL)module experiment, the problems encountered and the way to solve, and discussed the necessity and feasibility of carrying out module experiment teaching. During experimental course teaching, experience has been provided to improve the self-designexperiment ability, innovation ability, practical ability and research ability of undergraduate students.
