摘要: 为了在实践教学中实现培养本科创新人才的目标,对生态毒理学实验教学进行了特色教学模式构架设计,以海洋环节动物沙蚕为实验材料,将多个实验组合成一个内容相互关联又连续的综合性实验,分别从沙蚕个体水平、细胞水平、蛋白质水平及DNA水平各层次认识环境中的污染物对动物有机体的影响,提高了本科实验教学的综合性和研究性,取得了良好的教学效果。可为进一步提高实验教学质量,培养学生的创新能力提供借鉴。

Abstract: In order to train innovative personnel in experiment teaching, the paper offers a construction of characteristic teaching mode about ecotoxicology experiment teaching. Benthic polychaete annelida was used as experimental material; multiple experiments were combined into a comprehensive experiment which content was interrelated and continuous. Through this experiment, we learned the influence of pollutants in the environment on animal organism exactly from the individual level, cell level, protein level and DNA level. It improved the comprehensiveness and researched ability of undergraduate experimental teaching, and the teaching effect was good. The purpose of this paper was to provide references for further improving the quality of experimental teaching and cultivating students′ innovative ability.
