Application and exploration of enzymology teaching module in undergraduate teaching#br#

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that enzymology is difficult to be incorporated into the undergraduate teaching system in the form of an independent course, the core knowledge of enzymology is integrated into theoretical teaching module, experimental teaching module, simulation teaching module, skill competition teaching module and practice teaching module, which are penetrated into the undergraduate training process. Taking theory and experiment courses, skill competitions, practice courses and graduation projects as the implementation carrier, we utilize teaching resources economically and fully coordinate the relationship among the five teaching modules. Therefore, students can systematically master enzymology knowledge from five aspects of "principle-design-analysis-operation-application", and then form a complete knowledge structure and a broad range of knowledge, subtly cultivating students′ interest and innovative ability. This study summarizes the application and exploration of enzymology teaching module in undergraduate teaching, in order to provide useful teaching reform experience for related subjects of enzymology.
