Abstract

Abstract: Plant tissue culture is a specialized, practical and highly applied course, which is a necessary and distinctive course for cultivating applied talents of biological science. It aims to help students systematically learn and master general and practical techniques of plant tissue culture. In this paper, we have carried on the research and exploration of the teaching reform to highlight the cultivation goal of innovative and applied talents. The teaching practice has proved that the teaching effect and the quality of talent training has been improved.
