Abstract: According to the characteristics of "plant physiology experiment" course, a set of scientific reasonable examination methods and grading standard of student′s academic record in plant physiology experiment course were set, which can promote the long-term development of this experiment teaching. This paper took the teaching practice as the starting points, evaluated students′ plant physiology experiments from five aspects: preview before class, experimental attitude, experimental operation, experimental reports and final examination. And finally, the good results were achieved.
