Abstract: The mutant strain 1692＃was obtained from an original strain Streptomyces arermitilis 13＃using strain mutation screening method. Within the optimizing of the fermentation medium composition and the fermentation process, the production of the mutant strain was 127% higher than that of the original one. The mutant strain and the optimized fermentation process would provided a reference for the industrialized production of doramectin.
