Abstract: Medical microbiology experiment， as an important part of medical medical microbiology， focuses on training students′ practical ability and the comprehensive ability to solve the problem. Linking clinical, a new mode of microbiology experiment was reformed. Its goal was to improve students′ comprehensive experimental ability,which the experiment evaluation system was establised to evaluate the effect of the reform.The results showed that the reform can improve the students′ operating skills, cultivate the students′ scientific thinking. The evaluation system can reflect students′ experimental and comprehensive abilities.
