Abstract: Practice teaching is an important portion of botanical teaching. In this paper, according to the training objectives of the biological sciences, aiming at cultivating iwnovative talents, we set up a practical teaching system of botany practice, optimized the practice teaching content, practiced the teaching methods and means,improved the basic teaching facilities and conditions, and implemended the laboratory open operating mechanism. The consciousness capabilities of students are cultivated. Based on the practices, the design of botany practice teaching is discussed in order to provide useful references for the experimental education reform.
