以基因定位为主线的遗传学教学构架及案例

摘要: 遗传学无论发展到哪个阶段,基因定位始终是其要研究的主要内容之一,基因定位在生物分子育种、作物遗传改良、基因检测辅助疾病诊断、靶向药物开发等领域有着极其重要的作用。随着测序数据及大数据的发展,产生了多种多样的基因定位方法,“连锁”和“关联”是最主要的分析思路,以动植物、人类、微生物及病毒的生殖和遗传变异特点,用知识和思维导图的形式,重点介绍基于同源重组的核基因定位的教学案例,旨在为学生线上线下自主、探究式学习遗传学提供导引。

Abstract: No matter at which stage genetics develops, gene mapping is always one of the main contents to be studied. Gene mapping plays a very important role in the fields of biomolecular breeding, crop genetic improvement, disease diagnosis assisted by gene testing, targeted drug development and so on. With the development of sequencing data and big data, there are a variety of gene mapping methods, in which ‘ linkage’ and ‘ association’ are the main analytical ideas. Based on the characteristics of reproduction and genetic variation of animals, plants, humans, microorganisms and viruses, this paper mainly introduced the teaching cases of nuclear gene localization based on homologous recombination in the form of knowledge and mind mapping, in order to provide threads to be make for online and offline autonomous and exploratory learning of genetics.
