摘要： 2020年10月16—17日“生物科学之中神经生物学学术沙龙”在合肥市举办，与会的专家代表对神经生物学的发展和研究现状以及光遗传学在神经科学中的应用进行了探讨。着重交流了神经科学在疼痛、情绪、认知方面的研究，以及在中医药等领域的应用转化。在这些研究中，光遗传学及其相关研究手段或技术都是不可或缺的一项现代神经生物学研究手段。神经生物学学术沙龙对学术思想碰撞和促进神经科学与相关学科交叉融合发展都具有重大意义，现将此次学术沙龙中的重点交流内容作简要概述。

Abstract: The "Neurobiology Salon of Biological Sciences" was held in Hefei from October 16 to 17, 2020. The experts and representatives attending the meeting discussed the development and research status. The meeting focused on the research of neuroscience in pain, emotion, and cognition, as well as the application and transformation of traditional Chinese medicine. In these studies, optogenetics is an indispensable modern neurobiological research method. This article briefly summarized the frontier research of neurobiology in this academic salon.
