摘要: 多巴胺是大脑中广泛分布的一种神经递质。多巴胺系统异常与多种神经精神障碍有关。由于多种参与多巴胺合成、分泌、运输、代谢和信号转导的基因在果蝇和人类之间是保守的,黑腹果蝇被广泛地用来研究多巴胺信号的调控。总结了黑腹果蝇多巴胺相关研究以及应激对其调控作用的近期研究进展。

Abstract: Dopamine is a widely distributed neurtransmitter in the brain. A variety of neuropsychiatric disorders are associated with dopamine system dysfunction. Since many Drosophila melanogaster genes that involve in the synthesis, transport, excretion, metabolism and signal transduction of dopamine are conserved in human, fruit flies have been extensively used to study the regulation of dopamine signaling. Here, we review the recent researches related to dopamine and its regulation by stress in Drosophila melanogaster.
