Carry out the PAD teaching reform of genetics experiment through project-driven assited by MOOC platform

摘要: 为提高生物专业人才培养目标的达成度,在遗传学实验课程教学中,引入“对分课堂”教学理念,借助慕课平台,运用“项目驱动式”教学模式,注重过程性考核,开展全面讨论式学习,促进学生内化吸收,从实验教学理念、实验教学方法、考核方式等方面开展和创新教育教学改革。通过强化“课前借助MOOC预习-教师讲授(下达项目任务)-内化吸收(学生实施开展实验)-讨论和总结(师生互评项目开展效果)”教学模式,培养学生主动学习的兴趣,重塑学生正确的人生观和价值观,达到提升实验教学效果,提高人才培养质量的目的。

Abstract: In order to improve the biological professional talent goals, in the course of “genetics experiment”, college of ecological and environmental engineering carried out and innovated education and teaching reform from the aspects of experimental teaching concept, experimental teaching method and assessment method, by introducing the teaching concept of “Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion”, using the MOOC platform and the “project-driven” teaching mode, paying attention to the process assessment, carrying out comprehensive discussion learning and promoting students’ internalization and absorption. Through enhancing preview with a MOOC before class-teachers teach (assign project tasks)-internalized absorption (students to carry out the experiment)-discussion and summary (teacher-student mutual effect for the program) teaching mode, students’ interests were cultivated in active learning, full playing to their subjective initiative, cooperating with ideological and political education. It reshaped students’ correct outlook on life and values. Therefor, the effect of experimental teaching improved the quality of personnel training.
