"Level-up" teaching design on human chromosome karyotype analysis

摘要: 人类染色体核型分析检测项目是临床广泛应用的产前诊断及遗传病诊断的重要技术,是医学高校“医学遗传学”课程重要的实践内容。为提高实验教学的整体水平,以开放式实验室为教学平台,具体实施了综合设计性实验人类染色体核型分析检测项目连续“关卡式”渐进实验技能教学训练及考核标准的学习方法。实践表明,以教师为引导,学生为主体的渐进“关卡式”综合设计性实验教学可以极大地提高学生对实验结果的关注度,提升实践操作的兴趣和能力,培养学生的动手能力、独立分析问题、解决问题的能力,也为综合设计性实验教学改革提供了新的思路和方法。

Abstract: Human chromosome karyotype analysis is one of the most important technology in prenatal and genetic disease diagnosis, widely used in clinic, so it is significant to students′ practical skills in medical genetics course. In our open laboratory construction, a comprehensive teaching design on human chromosome karyotype analysis was explored, and "level-up" experimental learning was used into intensive training among students. This practice method showed a great of achievements to stimulate students′ learning interest and develop clinical application and innovation ability and it might give a new teaching reform direction about comprehensive design experiment.
