Abstract: According to the exploration and practice of module experiment in teaching molecular biological experiment in our university, the authors elucidated the current situation of molecular biological experiment teaching, the teaching philosophy and practical application of problem-based learning（PBL）module experiment, the problems encountered and the way to solve, and discussed the necessity and feasibility of carrying out module experiment teaching. During experimental course teaching, experience has been provided to improve the self-designexperiment ability, innovation ability, practical ability and research ability of undergraduate students.
