Abstract: Cell biology is an important basic course in undergraduate biology related course, its relevant experimental teaching content of the course has a decisive role in training high-quality comprehensive talents. In this paper, aiming at the shortage of cell biology, we improve the traditional experimental teaching, increase experimental teaching contents, introduce innovative experiment, change the teaching mode, strengthen the teaching team building, enhance the teaching conditions and other aspects of the reforms of experimental teaching, to cultivate students' innovation consciousness and basic scientific literacy. The methods and measures of undergraduate′s experimental teaching of cell biology have been improved in practice.
