Abstract: Biochemistry is one of the most important basic courses in life sciences, and glycolysis is the first metabolic pathway of dynamic biochemistry. The glycolysis is a good way to understand glycometabolism and even the whole material metabolism. Therefore, this article introduces the course design and teaching experience of "glycolysis" in detail, such as introduction of new lesson, explanation of content, imparting knowledge and educating people. It aimed to provide some new thinking for teaching of biochemistry.
