Abstract: Biotechnology experiment is a comprehensive experiment course for the students of biotechnology. It covers a series of basic knowledge and experimental skills, and aims to systemic train the scientific literacy and innovation spirit of students. In order to give the initiative back to students, the course adopted compound content design, half customize proposition teaching mode, and diversified evaluation system. In that case, students could hold the dominance of experiment, and become more activity in the course; their scientific literacy could be trained.
