Abstract: Biochemistry experimental teaching is an important link to enhance the students’ theories knowledge, improve the students’ manipulative ability and overall qualities. To enhance the overall level of experiment teaching through the open laboratory construction is the main direction of the reform experiment teaching at the present stage. The importance of biochemistry opening laboratory construction has been set forth and the idea and measures for opening laboratory construction of Liaoning Shihua University have been introduced. The effect of initial practice has also been described and the further step to improve biochemistry opening laboratory construction has been proposed.
