Abstract:

In order to understand the expression of fatty acid metabolism-related genes in rapeseed materials with different oleic acid content, in this study, the leaves of 7-day seedlings, 5-6 leaf stage and overwintering period, petals and the seeds of 20-35 days after pollination as materials, the expression of 5 differential genes Bna0691280Bna0421530Bna0547440Bna0799930 and Bna0764010)which obtained by transcriptome analysis of high oleic rapeseed near-isogenic lines were studied. The results showed that: in the leaves, the expression levels in high oleic rapeseed material were higher than the expression levels in the low oleic rapeseed. As for the expression in flowers, except Bna0547440 and Bna0764010, the expression levels of the other 3 genes in high oleic rapeseed material were higher than the expression in low oleic rapeseed. While the expression in the seeds of 20-35 days after pollination, the expression levels in the high-oleic rapeseed were lower than the expression in the low-oleic rapeseed except Bna0799930. The results of this study can be used for the breeding study of molecular mechanism of high oleic rapeseed.
