摘要:

生物教育硕士专业学位培养模式目前存在教学目标不明确,重学术、轻实践,教学模式和方法少特色,教学内容陈旧,考核指标与方式缺乏针对性,管理机构不完备,教师队伍选拔和管理机制不健全等一系列问题,应在政策引领下进行培养模式创新。其理念是:理论与实践结合,提倡多样化,以生为本,提高质量。创新策略:以实践能力为核心构建培养模式,加大案例教学比例,综合运用多种教学模式和方法进行教学,完善管理制度和模式等。

Abstract:

The current situation of biological professional master degree of education training mode is grim. Attaching great importance to the academic and contempting practice, less characteristic teaching mode and method,obsolete teaching content, lack of pertinence to evaluation indexes and ways, incomplete management institutions etc, education reform should be made. Its development trend is to combine the theory with practice of teaching, to encourage diversity, to care students and to improve quality. Innovation strategy is to practice ability as the core to build the training pattern, to increase the proportion of case teaching, to integrate use of various teaching modes and teaching methods and to perfect the management system and pattern, etc.
