Abstract: The design and the preliminary practice of comprehensive experiment on the detection of apoptosis in human normal hepatocytes LO2 cell lines induced by hydrogen peroxide were introduced in this paper. The lab courses in molecular biology, cell biology and biochemistry were integrated, the principle of experiment design focuses on clinical problems, combining practice with classic in experimental means were emphasized, integrating virtual and reality in teaching methods were adopted, and combining teaching and research in launched teaching model. In order to cultivate innovative and applied talents with comprehensive skills, interest and thinking of research were improved, the basic skills of research were experienced, and the team cooperation was strengthened.
