Abstract: CLARITY transparent brain technique is a cutting-edge experimental method in animal morphological investigation, which is lack of performing experiences in undergraduate student teaching. In this study, authors reconstructed the technical flow scheme to adapt undergraduate students according the current existing laboratory condition. By teaching practice, the students were trained in comprehensive studying ability and obtained advanced experimental skills.
