Abstract: It is an important task for college students to improve their ability of innovation and entrepreneurship. And it is an important way to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students to carry out the reform of practice teaching. This paper presents the exploration and practice in the practicing teaching of gardening speciality from aspects of the improvement of personnel training plan, enhancing teachers team construction, establish multi-level opening laboratory mode, strengthening the construction of practice base at and outside of the school, encouraging students to actively participate in scientific research and participate in various competitions in Huaibei Normal University.
