Abstract: Under the background of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation", some problems occurred in seed testing experimental teaching, and several suggestions were given to reform seed testing experimental teaching such as 1) emphasizing the importance of practical courses for teachers and students; 2) keeping up with development of modern science and technology, updating teaching contents timely; 3) using various teaching methods, improving teaching effect; 4) optimizing evaluation mechanism, completely evaluating student's quality; 5) strengthening teacher training, improving teaching quality; which were performed in the seed testing experimental teaching to develop "Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talent" and meet the needs of the country.
