Abstract: To explore the teaching methods of improving the teaching quality of medical physiology courses in higher vocational colleges, a suitable learning method for medical students was studied by introducing the typical cases of seminar + CBL method, and the effect was researched by stochastic comparison on the students of laboratory medicine of 2017 class and 2018 class on campus, and tracking the feedback and the final grade analyzed with SPSS17.0. Compared seminar+CBL with traditional teaching methods, there was a very significant difference in student′s grade with t test P﹤0.01. Analysis of the questionnaire showed that seminar+CBL teaching method is better to fit the job requirements and to improve students′ active learning ability.
