Abstract: In the study of parasitology, it is very important to master the morphological characteristics of various parasites for the diagnosis of diseases. The way of observing physical specimens is usually adopted in the traditional parasitology experimental examination. However, this examination method has many limitations. After the emergence of COVID-19, it is urgent to establish an online examination system for parasitology. In this study, we have obtained the pictures of various parasite specimens collected in the national parasitic resource center (the primary sub platform of the national science and technology resource sharing service platform) in real time. An online examination system based on B/S architecture was built on the internet and applied to experimental teaching of parasitology. The system has the functions of random generation of test paper, online examination, intelligent marking and so on. The examination form is novel and easy to operate, which improves the feasibility, impartiality and credibility of the examination.
