Abstract: On the basis of the characteristics of inter⁃disciplinary integration in the biomedical sensor course and scientific research achievements of State Key Laboratory of Bioelectronics，anew biomedical sensor course practical teaching system was established in National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Biomedical Engineering，by transforming these cutting⁃edge scientific research achievements into teaching experiments. The new system realized the complementarity and advancement of theory and experiment in professional courses，constructs flipped classroom，and explored the feasibility of multi⁃disciplinary teaching in experimental teaching. Meanwhile，from the perspective of the basic supports，specific contents，practical effects，and realistic meanings of the new system，the reformed curriculum has greatly expanded the students' horizons and knowledge，enhanced abilities of scientific research innovation and comprehensive design. The exploration indicated the direction for the development and reform of experimental teaching.
