Rho/ROCK signaling pathway and its active regulation mode

摘要: Rho-ROCK信号在细胞分化,细胞周期进展,增殖和凋亡中发挥着重要的作用。机体通过调节Rho-ROCK信号及其相关性因子可以诱导间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells ,MSCs)分化脂肪细胞,成骨细胞,成软骨细胞等。不同阶段ROCK信号通路的失调与心血管、代谢、神经退行性疾病、以及癌症的发生有关。本文主要阐述Rho-ROCK信号通路功能及调节Rho-ROCK活性的各种模式,为研究与之相关疾病提供思路。

Abstract: Rho-ROCK signal plays an important role in cell differentiation, cycle progression, proliferation and apoptosis. By regulating the Rho-ROCK signal and correlation factors the body can induce mesenchymal stem cells (mesenchymal stem cells, MSCs) to differentiate into adipocytes, osteoblasts, chondroblasts. At different stage dysregulation of the Rho-ROCK signaling pathway is linked to cardiovascular, metabolism, neurodegenerative diseases,as well as cancer. The review is mainly explained Rho-ROCK signal pathway and various modes of regulation of Rho-ROCK activity,thereby in order to study related diseases provide some new thoughts.
