摘要: 为建设一支高素质专业化创新型的实验教师队伍,加快高水平师范本科教育建设,为新时代“卓越计划”的实施提供师资保障,探讨高师院校生物学青年实验教师培养路径与实践。通过实施科学研究与实验教学深度融合,注重实验课程全局观,重视“以生为本”的教育教学方法和模式改革,提升青年实验教师的教学科研创新能力;引领培养青年实验教师教育情怀,构筑传带教研共同体;搭建优质教学科研平台,改革考核评价和职称评聘机制,激发青年实验教师的教学科研热情和创新发展潜力。通过培养路径的创新实践,显著提升学院青年实验教师专业综合素养和实践教学能力,为地方高师院校青年实验教师队伍建设提供借鉴。

Abstract: In order to build a team of high-quality professional and innovative experimental teachers, speed up the construction of high-level normal undergraduate education, and provide guarantees of teachers for the implementation of “outstanding teacher fostering project” in the new era, this paper explored the cultivating paths of youth biology experimental teachers in normal colleges or universities. Some improvement paths, such as the deep integration of scientific research and experimental teaching, the overall design of experimental courses, the reform of “student-oriented” education and teaching methods and modes, the led and trained education feelings, the constructed teaching and research community, the built a platform for quality teaching and research, and the reformed the evaluation and professional title engagement mechanisms, were adopted to stimulate the teaching and research enthusiasm and innovative development potential of young biology experimental teachers.The comprehensive professional quality and practical teaching ability of young biology experimental teachers has been significantly improved through the innovative practice of cultivating paths in school of life science of our university, and which would give some enlightenment to the construction of young experimental teaching staff in local normal university.
