Reflection in practical teaching reform of bioengineering  major of local undergraduate universities

Abstract:

Practice teaching plays an important role in the talent training system of undergraduate colleges and universities, which is related to the quality of undergraduate education. Based on the practical teaching practice of biological engineering major in our university for many years, the problems existing in the practical teaching of bioengineering specialty were analyzed, and some aspects of effective reform and exploration were proposed such as the development of training scheme, the construction of teachers′ team, the discipline competition, the teaching model, the construction of professional practice, supervision and evaluation of practical teaching, the establishment of tracking feedback mechanism, and so on. The practical and innovational ability of students majored in bioengineering in Hexi University was improved to meet the needs of the development of bioengineering industry.
