Abstract:  As an effective teaching method that bridges the theory and application, production practice is a key practical part in the training program of engineering majors in colleges and universities. In this paper, given the current situation of the production practice in Bio-engineering of Yangzhou University, we reason the necessity and the difficulties of the production practice in Bio-engineering (Pharmaceutical) and discuss the construction of a training model and the management during the training program. We anticipate these results would promote the practical activities in the education of Bio-engineering and related majors.
