Abstract: In order to study the effects of Pb2+ on tissue structure of liver, intestines and spleen of fish, Mudskippers (21.80±2.70)g were randomly stocked into 16 tanks with 8 fish each in triplicate. The fish were exposed to 0, 0.5, 1 and 2 mg/L Pb2+, and sampled on the 12th, 48th and 96th h. The results showed that Pb2+ exposure results in tissue edema, cytoplasm vacuolization and   in liver, epithelial cell damage, gobiet cells increased in intestinal, and lymphocytes increased in spleen. The results indicated that Pb2+ exposure can cause damage to the structure of liver, intestines and spleen of mudskipper.
