Abstract:  The protection of terrestrial wildlife is important for biodiversity protection. Based on the analysis of the relationship between terrestrial wildlife resources and biodiversity, the authors, from the angle of wetland, forest and grassland habitat, analyze the causes of habitat destruction. The results show that production of agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry, industrialization process and excessive consumption are the main reasons.To improve the terrestrial wildlife habitat, the authors,combining with the actual situation,put forwad measures from legal protection,habitat management and guiding rational consumption.
