Abstract:

Annexin A2(ANXA2)belongs to a family of proteins characterized by their Ca2+-dependent binding to phospholipids. ANXA2 orchestrates many multiple biologic processes and clinical associations. More and more evidences identified that ANXA2 is an important host factor of several viruses at different stages of their life cycle. In this review, the relationship between ANXA2 and different virus infections and its contribution to virus life ceyle was summarized.
