Abstract

Abstract: Escherichia coli is one of the main factors causing foodborne diseases, including Escherichia coli O157, O26, O45, O103, O111, O121, O145 and other serotypes. At present, research and reports on the Escherichia coli O26 are relatively less in the domestic. This paper focuses on the Escherichia coli serotype O26 primer design and optimization on the establishment of PCR system, which may provide references for the daily rapid detection of Escherichia coli O26.
