Abstract: To evaluate Biliuhe Reservoir pollution condition and provide scientific guidance for the future development, physicochemical factors, abundance, biomass, species composition and biodiversity of zooplankton in Biliuhe Reservoir and basin were studied from August 2014 to May 2015. And the relationships of above all were analyzed by means of CCA methods. The results showed that there were 265 species of zooplankton, divided into four categories, including 131 genera in Biliuhe Reservoir and basin. The average density of zooplankton in the reservoir was 282.65 ind/L, and the average biomass was 0.17 mg/L.The average density of zooplankton in the river basin was 125.06 ind/L, and the average biomass was 0.03 mg/L. The result of CCA indicated that the Pielou evenness index of zooplankton had correlation with dissolved oxygen, transparency and density of phytoplankton. Density, biomass and diversity index of zooplankton had significant positive correlation with NO-3-N, density, diversity index, Pielou evenness index of phytoplankton, and negative correlation with water temperature, pH and NO-2-N.
