Abstract: To fully exploit and utilize the resources of wild jujube, look for endophytes producing active substances such as flavonoids, provide germplasm resources for new drugs, isolate and purify the endophytes of the jujube stem by tissue separation method and sutural separation method, confrontation method for antibacterial activity was measured. The strains with strong antibacterial activity were B-08-12 and B-08-20, the diameter of the zone of inhibition was (31.00±0.78) mm, and the strains were fermented, extracted with organic reagents, investigated by thin layer chromatography (TLC) and also analyzed by UV spectroscopy Photometer for further detection. TLC detection showed that the fermentation product of strain B-08-20 had the same color speckles at the Rf of 0.43 as the Rf value of the jujube stem extract, and the active compounds were preliminarily identified as flavonoids or its analogues.
