Abstract: How to improve the student′s creativity and increase the number of innovative experiment in usual experiment of viewing the epidermis in plant science is a big challenge for most teachers. We viewed the different place of usual experimental material. It was found that celery is a good material for viewing collenchymas, stoma and pit. Stoma and pit can be found in the upper epidermis of rachis. Replacement of the experimental material and change of observing place can be used to improve the elemental experiment. Replacement of the experimental material and change of observing place can add the innovation of elemental experiment.
