Abstract: To study anti-tumor immunity mechanism induced by a reconstructed peptide complex-heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) and alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), mice were immunized with recombinant peptide vaccine HSP70-AFP-P, whereas AFP peptide or HSP70 vaccination as controls. IFN-γ, TNF-α and granzyme-B, perforin-produced by separated CD8+ T cells from vaccinated mice were detected with ELISA, respectively. In vivo tumor loaded test was exerted to evaluate the immune effect of the peptide vaccine. The study suggested that sequential immunization with HSP70-AFP peptide vaccine could bring about effective AFP-specific CD8+ T cell responses and elicit specific antitumor immunity on AFP-producing tumors.
