Abstract: TonB-dependent receptor 1(TbdR1) was recently discovered to be an immunogenic antigen, which showed cross-reaction among R. anatipestifer serotypes 1, 2, and 10. Through bioinformatics analysis. Some of the epitope peptide of TonB-dependent receptor 1 of Riemerella anatipestifer were chosen and researched about their immunogenicity. The results showed that ducks can be protected to some extent by epitope peptide establishing a foundation of the research of the development of the subunit vaccine.
