Abstract: In the study, the endophytic bacteria DZBG07 showing strong activity against wheat Gaeumannomyces graminis was researched for its the control effect to wheat take-all, and the effect of inoculation of DZBG07 in the wheat rhizosphere on related enzyme activity of wheat roots in different growth stages was analysed through pot experiments. The results indicated inoculation of DZBG07 in the wheat rhizosphere reduced significantly the incidence of wheat take-all, the incidence of wheat take-all by DZBG07 was 26.57%, which was lower than that of the normal control groups(86.35%), and the activities of Polyphenol oxidase, Peroxidase and L-phenylalanin ammo-lyase of wheat roots treated with of DZBG07 were significantly higher than that of normal control groups. The resistance of DZBG07 to wheat take-all afforded scientific basis for its application and the further research on bio-controlling mechanism.
