大型仪器开放共享平台培训体系的探索和实践

Exploration and practice of opening and sharing platform for large-scale instruments training system

摘要: 针对传统培训模式中存在的主要问题,建立系统化培训方法,包括:制定平台管理制度、强化仪器培训意识、提高实验技术人员技能、构建信息交流平台、线上线下混合式培训体系、学生分级和个性化培训、建设管理团队等。实践表明,完善的培训体系可以提高仪器使用者的技能和素质,有利于加大大型仪器开放共享的力度,发挥其使用效益并促进科研成果的产出。

Abstract: In view of the main problems existing in the traditional training mode, we have established systematic training methods, including developing a platform management system, raising awareness about instruments training, improving the skills of laboratory technicians, building a communication platform, a hybrid online and offline training system, students classification and personalized training, and constructing management team. The practice has shown that the comprehensive training system can enhance the skills and quality of users, which is conducive to increase the opening and sharing of large-scale instruments, to improve their utilization efficiency and to promote the output of scientific research results.
