摘要: 综述鱼类胞内主要的DNA感受器,包括TLR9/TLR21、STING、cGAS、DDX41和PKZ等的结构、DNA识别机制,分析这些DNA感受器在感知病原微生物所释放的DNA后激活的信号通路、诱导产生I型IFN或炎症因子的分子机制。同时,分析鱼类与哺乳类的DNA感受器的不同之处,提出当前鱼类DNA感受器研究中的不足,为后续深入研究提供参考。

Abstract: This paper reviewed the structures and DNA recognition mechanisms of the main DNA sensors in fish, including TLR9/TLR21, STING, cGAS, DDX41 and PKZ. These DNA sensors could detect the DNA of pathogenic microorganisms, and finally induced the expression of type I IFN and inflammatory factors through a series of signal transduction. In addition, this review analyzed the differences of DNA sensors between fish and mammals, and discussed the deficiencies in the current research of fish DNA sensors. It provided theoretical guidance for further study of fish DNA sensors.
