摘要: MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类内源性的非编码小分子RNA,在20到24个碱基之间,普遍存在于动、植物等多种生物中mRNA的降解或抑制蛋白质的翻译,有着广泛的生物学功能。动物的生殖、胚胎发育在动物的繁衍、进化上有着重要地位,目前研究发现miRNA对其有着重要的调控作用,阐释动物生殖、胚胎发育的 miRNA分子调控的机制有重要的作用,就近年来对miRNA 在动物胚胎形成和发育的研究进行综述。,通过与靶基因特异结合引起靶基因

Abstract:  

MicroRNA(miRNA)is a class of endogenous non-coding small RNA molecules that are between 20 and 24 bases, it widely exists in animals,plants and other livings and binds to the target gene-specific target gene mRNA to cause degradating or inhibiting protein translation. So it has a wide range of biological functions. The formation and development of embryo takes an important position on animal reproduction, evolution. Recent studies showed that miRNA had effect on animal reproduction, embryonic development. To explain the molecular mechanism of its regulation, this paper reviewed the research of miRNA in animal embryo formation and development.
